As someone who used to play professional football my body was left prone to certain injuries, so sadly had to stop playing all together, and now from spending hours sitting at a desk, I developed bad postural issues, my osteopath recommended me to take up Pilates, which I really knew nothing about. However, since working on a private basis with Louise, I have been able to start playing football again injury free, and already can see and feel the improvement in my postural alignment. I thought I knew it all with all my hardcore HIIT workouts and weight training, but the very thoughtful and well led instruction from Louise to work my core strength in a more mindful way has made a huge difference to my overall health, wellness, and happiness.  Louise always makes the work challenging, but fun. I highly recommend her as a Pilates teacher
